Terms of use
The rules for using soloflow. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service
soloflow creates a blog with articles in your brand’s tone and colors, published on pages we host.
soloflow does not publish anything on your behalf. You download the files and publish them yourself, wherever you like. Sharing via WhatsApp is just one way of delivering the files.
Account and organization
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the actions taken with your account.
Each account belongs to an organization. The organization’s owner decides who joins the team and is responsible for how its members use it.
Plans and credits
There is a free plan, with no card required. Generating articles uses credits, which are deducted when an article is generated successfully. Adjusting your brand does not use credits.
The number of credits, the renewal, and the price of each plan are those shown on the pricing page at the time you sign up. Price changes are announced in advance and do not affect a period already paid for.
Your content
Your brand materials and the articles generated for you are yours. You authorize us to process them only to provide the service.
You represent that you have the right to use the logos, names, and text you upload, and you must not upload third-party content without authorization.
AI-generated content
The text is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, such as inaccurate prices, dates, or information. Review each article before publishing: the decision to publish, and responsibility for what is published, are yours.
Acceptable use
Do not use soloflow to create content that is illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or that infringes third-party rights, or to try to access other organizations’ data, overload the service, or extract data from it by automated means.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice whenever possible.
Cancellation and deletion
You can cancel at any time. You can also delete your account on the Account page of the dashboard, which erases your data as described in the privacy policy.
For purchases made online, the seven-day right of withdrawal under Article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) applies.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but it may experience interruptions and maintenance. Our liability follows the limits of applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Code where applicable.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a material way, we will let you know by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. For consumers, the venue is the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
